About Henderson State University

WHAT IS A REDDIE? It’s who we are. The Reddie Spirit was born inside the student body in 1914 when the campus, the students’ beloved Henderson, was destroyed in a fire. Determined to see the school survive, these students banded together and helped mold the institution into what it is now. Today, the Reddie Spirit can be found in every student, professor, staff member and alumnus of Henderson State University.

Over 93+ Majors and Programs Available including Aviation, Biology, Social Work and Education.
